Wow – new exciting CSA option – Market Share CSA

Some of you said you wanted some more options in what you receive in your CSA share. Some had a tough time making the CSA pick ups and wanted to more flexibility that fit a more unique schedule. So here we have it – a Market Share CSA. June through October – you receive an $80 credit punch card that can be used during the month. Come to any of our three farmers markets, and pick and choose what you like in $20 increments and we’ll punch the card. It gives you the choices at the market to pick and choose what you want. If you want to blow your month on strawberries in June, great (invite us over for the frozen smoothies and jam in January!). If you choose to come each week and get your weekly groceries, super. Or if twice a month better fits your schedule, stock up then. Can’t make it because of vacation? Give your card to a friend, relative or neighbor and let them shop while your gone.
How it works

When you sign up, you’ll be sent five $80 punch cards. The cards are labeled by month, and can only be used within that month (not the day before, or the day after, sorry no exceptions).

You can use the punch cards at any of our farmers market stands (Madison Capitol Square, Madison’s Westside Market and the West Allis Market). It’s a first come first serve basis. That means if something you want is gone by the time you arrive to shop, it’s simply not available. What is on the tables at the stands is what is available. You need to shop in $20 increments (we need to keep it simple). If you spend $16, we’ll punch one $20 punch. If you select $24 worth of items and choose to not pay the extra $4, two punches will be used. The Market Share CSA is good for any and all items for sale at the JenEhr stand (meat, produce, fruit, preserved items).
